My leasing consultant was Angelo. He was very informative, patient , friendly answered all questions and went beyond most leasing staff that I've encountered. This development offers Outstanding luxury features that has set the bar to my search. There's so much to consider and the homes are nestled into a quiet location. The amenities are top notch ! It's going to be hard for me to not consider choosing this place after I complete my list to places to live. To be continued ....

I lived at Brookleigh Flats for a little over two years and really enjoyed my time there. The neighbors are friendly, the building stays quiet, and most of the community is made up of young adults and older residents. The apartments themselves are cozy, and the location — especially the walk-up and street entrance — is a big plus. The leasing office is always helpful, and maintenance was easy to reach and quick to fix anything that came up. Even when the parking gate had issues, the office kept everyone updated. The pool is nice without ever feeling crowded, and being so close to Blackburn Park and its walking trails was one of my favorite parts. Overall, it’s my favorite place I’ve lived in Atlanta by far. Highly recommend!

Touring Brookleigh Flats was a great experience! All thanks to Teon, he was very professional and had a sought out plan in order of showing what Brookleigh Flats could offer for a potential resident. I ended up signing a lease for this complex and Teon made it a smooth transition with the application. Couldn’t thank him more! I recommend this complex to any future resident looking in this area!

I toured Brookleigh Flats after having toured several different complexes in the area and was instantly impressed!! Friendly staff, hallways were clean and smelled great, spacious, cozy and updated units! It just felt like home. I can’t wait to move in! Thank you Teon for your help!

I have lived at this complex for 10 months, and I will say that my experience living here has been extremely disappointing and frustrating from day one. When I first moved in, the apartment I was given was infested with roaches and had not been cleaned properly before move-in. The management only started showing urgency to fix the issue after I posted a public review with photos — not when I reported it directly. After being moved into a new unit, I’ve continued to deal with major plumbing issues, including two separate incidents of sewer gas leaking into the apartment. Each time, it took the complex over a month and several maintenance requests to resolve the issue. Maintenance repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto me, even though the plumbing service confirmed it was a building main
