Be aware! I am currently living in 1105 Town Brookhaven Apartment. Water damage on May 15th and July 1st. Mold on the wall and keeps spreading. Horrible! Disgusting! All kinds of flies ( moth, mosquitoes, spiders,flies…etc) keep coming in don’t know where it comes from. I don’t open any doors or windows. I literally had to spend my own money to purchase stainless steel woven wire mesh sheets for all vent to covered it up by myself. Spoke with management about all issues but I feel very uncomfortable with people keep coming in to my place with no apologies for problems that I’m having. On top of that soundproofing is horrible! Literally wakes me up around 10pm -12 at night because of footsteps from upstairs. They were supposed to be here to fix everything on Monday. Today is Wednesday They

I recently toured 1105 Town Brookhaven Apartments as part of my apartment search, and although I ultimately chose a different property, I wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received from Chandler, my leasing agent. Chandler was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire experience. She took the time to show me multiple units, walk me through all the amenities, and answer every question I had with genuine knowledge and professionalism. Her friendly attitude and thorough understanding of the community really stood out and made the tour enjoyable from start to finish. Even though I didn’t lease with 1105 Town Brookhaven, my experience with Chandler was truly great. Anyone looking for a new place should definitely ask for her—she’ll take great care of you.

I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and the new management team has been fantastic! They started off strong by fixing the doors and garage right away. It was a pleasure meeting the new manager, Sean. She was friendly, responsive, and professional. This team actually answers the phones and keeps the office doors open, which makes such a difference. I’m really happy with the progress they’ve made.
