The Pointe at Lenox Park

Akili and Joseph were absolutely amazing throughout our leasing process. They were super helpful, responsive, and made everything feel smooth from start to finish. We got accepted without any issues and moved in successfully thanks to their guidance and support. They answered all of our questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and welcoming. Highly recommend working with them!

This community is pretty cool. The buildings are a little bit older but it isn’t a bad thing. The leasing office is very interactive with the residents. I’m 3 months into my second lease here and would go for a third year depending on how my life unfolds over the next 6 months.

Really great place to live. The Leasing Office is communicative and present (s/o to Joseph for always being friendly and attentive!) and maintainence team is responsive and efficient. The units are modern and well-equipped, and the location can't be beat for easy access to N. Druid Hills, Buckhead, and I-85. Also a remarkably quiet complex, which can be difficult to come by in Atlanta. Been living here for 2+ years and looking forward to staying until I buy a house.

From the beginning, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Work orders are completed in a timely manner and if ever the gate is broken, it’s usually fixed sooner rather than later. I also like the fact that the staff host small events for residents as well. The apartments are a little outdated but the location and pricing are worth the not so modern look. Headed into year 2 here and I’m happy.

Have had the best 4 years at the Pointe. The staff is wonderful from the office to the maintenance. Everything was always taken care of as soon as possible, the apartment had great appliances, good amount of storage throughout the 2 bedroom floor-plan, and I cannot stress enough how well the amenities are maintained. I see them cleaning the pool almost everyday even though out the winter, the gym and pool/lounging area was always cleaned and welcoming year round. We will miss everyone at the pointe - Mitchell, Caroline, Joseph, Trevor, and others and greatly appreciate how they took care of us during our time here. Highly recommend you consider living here.
