Stone Creek at Brookhaven Apartment Homes

I had a great experience touring Stone Creek at Brookhaven this weekend with Jessica, the assistant manager. She was warm, professional, and made the whole walk-through feel easy and welcoming from the start. Jessica took the time to show me around the community, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the details without ever making the experience feel rushed or pushy. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. What stood out most was how comfortable and informed she made me feel during the showing. A good tour can make all the difference, and Jessica did an excellent job representing the property. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Loved the apartment, community and floor plans. First thing I asked was their pet policy on birds - to which they confirmed that there won’t be any fee for parrots. Upon finalizing the apartment I was told that I will have to pay a pet fee per bird ($250 non refundable + $250 deposit + $20 per pet monthly) and that it was a miscommunication on their part. I asked them since it was a fault on their part would they still honor the original commitment. They called later and said no. My two cents: You cannot state something and simply rescind without any compensation or repercussion especially when it concerns finances.

This should be 5 stars. The property is beautiful with nature everywhere. There's a nice trail and it's calm without cockroach infestations. I'm giving in two stars as of now because I question the people who run this property. How much water comming out of appliances equals an emergency? My fridge flooded multiple times and staff has the audacity to call me a liar until they came over. At this moment my dishwasher floods due to the drain pump breaking down, aaaaand that happen around a month ago. They told me to tell them when I was able to have my dishwasher replaced, so I did. The ignored my requests and had the balls to call my significant other who works night shift the day I told them not to. They then had the audacity again to call me a liar about what dates I said to come which is

Moving into Stonecreek has been such an amazing experience. Jessica not only has made this experience memorable but she has also been extremely informative, patient and extremely kind. If I ever have an issue I can always rely on her assistance to help me get what I need. Stone creek is blessed to have her.
