The Ardent at Mill Creek

The Ardent is a great place for those who enjoy a balanced lifestyle with both relaxation and recreation. The beautiful outdoor pool, well-equipped gym, and stylish communal spaces create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the nearby walking trails and basketball court add to the charm. While parking could be improved, the modern interiors and variety of amenities make it a solid choice for comfortable living!

BEWARE!! Rapid decline over the years! I lived here since 2009 and saw many changes of ownership, Tam Residential is by far THE WORST! Shady as all get out. No communication, then constantly changing what they said in processes, they lie, emails go unanswered and you can hardly ever get through on the phone, you have to go in person to actually talk to anyone and then they sidestep and back pedal, finger pointing to previous owners or managers while not taking any accountability. It took them 76 days to return my security deposit!! They charged me for utilities for dates AFTER I had moved out, turned in my keys and closed my PUD account. I never received any mailed communication only an emailed statement from real page for the utility bill everything else I had to look for on the resident

I’d like to tell about the advantages of this place. There is the perfect neighborhood, so quiet and welcoming. The leasing office and maintenance are very responsive and helpful. Just imagine. I wrote that it would be great to have a step platform at the fitness room. And it appeared there. And of course it’s a great place to live with a dog.

I moved in Oct 2025. It is now Jan and I have yet to have a bill that has been correct. Upon move in it took me almost a month to get the required trash can. The mail box key was not ready. Move in to get access to place was also disorganized. I have had issues with packages being lost/not being added to system correctly that they looked lost. Overall it has a lot of potential. The people in office have been helpful, it is just a lot of little frustrations that keep adding up. It also makes me very nervous for when I do move out with regarding unknown fees that might show up.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend renting here. While the apartments and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the management has been consistently unhelpful, unreliable, and disorganized. I’ve lived in several apartment communities and have never experienced this many issues stemming from unresolved package theft to long response times and recurring billing errors. I truly wanted to love living here, but the lack of effective management has made the whole experience of simply living unnecessarily stressful.
