1 star – Do not waste your money I wouldn’t waste your money on this apartment complex. We’ve lived here for about 4 years, and management has screwed us over multiple times. We were moved from a so-called “renovated” 2-bedroom into a 1-bedroom, assuming the quality would be similar. Instead, they tried to move us into a unit that looked straight out of the 1980s — no renovations whatsoever. The water pressure was terrible, the cabinets were peeling, and everything was outdated. That unit was $1,980, which is completely unreasonable for the condition it was in. When we raised concerns, management actually told us they could just shave the cabinets because they “don’t make them anymore.” After a lot of chaos and back and forth, we were shown another “renovated” 1-bedroom with a base rent of
Do NOT waste your time and money at this place! Truly have never had a worse experience renting. Every year it got worse. We had multiple major water leaks (very common here), some of which took months to repair. See attached photos for how things were left after leaks for weeks or months on end. Most recently we went two weeks with giant dehumidifiers taking up both bathrooms and holes in both the ceiling and wall between the bathrooms and received zero compensation for the fact that we could hardly use our bathrooms for multiple weeks. The office staff are a nightmare to work with and can only be reached by phone. We were constantly finding mold and mildew on the windows and blinds and anything we put near them and they did nothing to fix the situation. Oh and even though we spent multip
I locked myself out of my apt a few days ago, and Kat (representative) and Eric (maintenance supervisor) were fantastic in getting me access to my place again. Kat was super friendly and knew exactly what to do and waited on the phone with me to make sure I got access, and Eric (who is always right on the ball when i have any maintenance issues) was speedy and got the issue fixed in a few minutes. Both of these people deserve Kudos and have my thanks!
I have been residing at Parkwood at Mill Creek and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Since moving in, I have consistently faced numerous challenges that have significantly affected my peace and overall living experience. From day one, I encountered a range of maintenance issues including lifting floorboards, a bathtub in need of resurfacing, barely working lights, a faulty sink disposal, fecal matter still stuck to the toilet, painted over mold, dirty carpets, blue bath water, a faulty water heater, grease build up in the microwave crevices, metal sticking out the wall that cut me and landed me in the hospital on my move-in day, and more. While the maintenance team has been responsive, it's disheartening to face such problems right from the start. The building
I have lived in this apartment for over 4 years. This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Town Center, Central Market, and Library. There is a Highway nearby, but I didn’t mind the noise. Amenities include a Gym, Fitness Room, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, and my daughters loved the pool. I just feel that the Fitness Room is a little small. The office staffs are very kind and always do the best job. The maintenance staffs are responsive and always available within 24 hours after I make work orders. Unfortunately I move to another area, but if I ever live in this area again, I would like to live in this apartment.
