Ralph, the property manager, and his entire team are highly professional and every interaction with them is personal and caring. We have lived at The Arbors at Fort Mill and are thrilled with the facilities and the community there. Every interaction with Ralph, he asks about our family and takes time to treat us kindly as people (not just tenants). He (and his team) are a credit to the property management team. Ralph is accessible and quickly responds to needs and concerns. Thank you, Ralph, and the entire team (including the great maintenance staff!) for making The Arbors at Fort Mill more than just a place we live. It is a place we are proud to call home.

We have been in our unit at the townhomes for 5 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Ralph has been great with helping us with anything that we have questions about. He fought hard for us to get our floors replaced and we are so grateful for all of his help and hard work! He’s always kind and welcoming to us when we reach out. Thank you Ralph for all you do!

They finally show up a week later after I requested service that my apartment flooded due to the rain for the 6th time since I've been here sine 2015 and say there's no water there. Of course, not since I had to clean and dry it up myself. I've asked them to try to find and try to fix and stop it from happening and still nothing.
