The Arbaugh

There's plenty of good that comes with living at the Arbaugh, but I would be remiss not to let people know about some of the hidden costs/situations you may not anticipate: 1) The electric bills are extremely high in the winter. From what's been discussed with other tenants, it seems to average $400-600/month. These are loft apartments, so I understand utilities will be higher on average, but it is something to take into consideration. 2) You're unable to buzz guests up. You have to go down each time and manually let your guests in & bring them up. 3) The garage door and elevator are consistently down. And the garage door has a host of other issues. 4) I've experienced 4-5 false apartment-wide fire alarms while living here. It's EXTREMELY loud and now I often find myself worrying about

I have loved living at the Arbaugh!!! The management company exceeds all expectations and are great to work with. Whenever you need maintenance they are quick to respond and solve the issue. The location is close to so many amenities, I love being in the center of downtown and close to everything. If you are considering moving here— sign your lease already!!

The Arbaugh is a fantabulous place to live! I have been here for a long time and the new Management RJ is the best so far. All questing and concert are met asap without any problems. Bradley our maintenance personnel is the cream of the crop. He always is there to help and fix any issues that arise. However with a place this nice the issues are very few. I love the view out the magnificent windows. They're so awesome. Being this close to all the amazing things lansing has to offer has made my time living here 1 of a kind. Especially living in the social district is nice to take a good walk or relax outside with a nice cold one.

I really love living at the Arbaugh! I love that it is right in the heart of the downtown near all the things I love and use all the time (Coffee shop, main bus station, main library, and a few local bars!). The apartments are super spacious with amazing high ceilings, updated appliances, and granite counter tops. The staff are always helpful and willing to address any concerns or needs I have very quickly.

If I could give a 0 I would RUN RUN RUN! I am currently at the end of my lease and I can honestly say this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Where do I start.. 1. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors drinking water, talking, sneezing 2. We were told this was family oriented place, but in my experience there were so many incidents where I had to call the police due to neighbors creating and unsafe and non-family oriented environment for my child. 3. The management was very unprofessional with helping my situation 4. My electricity bill was just as much as rent. 5,. Parking is so expensive I WILL NEVER LIVE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS AGAIN
