The Albert Corporation

About 6 years ago, The Albert Corporation took over management of our 24 unit condo in Brookline, and they have been great, much better than the two previous management companies we had. Previously, we had problems with work that was not done well, such as waterproofing of the building, leaking, and garage issues. But The Albert Corporation recommended highly competent workers/companies, and they resolved long standing leakage issues and other problems. We don't have on-site management, and previously garbage removal and other routine jobs were outsourced to large companies who were not reliable. The Albert Corporation recommended a wonderful individual who comes daily to our building for a few hours. and takes care of garbage, recycling, pool maintenance, etc. And that has made a huge di

0 stars Owner personally oversaw insurance claim. Completely botched a simple flood claim. Took over 10 months to resolve. My girlfriend, dog and I had to breathe Black mold and walk on warped hardwood floors the entire time. Bob Albert wouldn't release my insurance settlement to me until I had to pay out of pocket in full. Very shady Him, his lackey property manager Jamal, and an complete fraud of a contractor Claudio, were all in on it. Watch out!!

The Albert Corp is a very responsive company with excellent customer service and prompt attention to detail. They are efficient and great to work with, making them one of the best management companies available in the Boston area. If you have the opportunity to work with The Albert Corp, you will appreciate the hard work that their team provides. In my years of working with this company, I have never had any issues and only have the best to say about them.

Our Condo association recently changed management, and the Albert corp has done a phenomenal job at meeting our needs. Alexander has really stepped up to make sure our building is being maintained, and managed in a timely and professional manner. He even noticed walking by the property at night, that we had some burned out security lights. None of the unit owners even remembered we had those lights, but he worked quickly to get them evaluated and remedied. We are very pleased with the change in management and would recommend this team to anyone looking for a responsible property manager.

Alexander was extremely helpful in assisting with the process of repairing both the front doors at my apartment building. He was very attentive in responding to emails and being proactive About resolving the issue. It is because of him that all of the tenants of my building, including myself, are safe and secure!
