The Alastair at Aria Village

I toured the Alastair with Jenniffer and I had a great experience. The community is beautiful, clean, and calm. The residents we ran into while going to different units were very nice and quick to speak to both Jenniffer and I. I greatly appreciated how she didn’t rush me through the units and gave me moments of quiet to look around and see how I felt about the space. Jenniffer was very informative, professional, and friendly. This property has easily moved to the top of my list. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

I will be closing out my 6 month lease next month and I cannot say enough about my stay. I was staying here while our home was being renovated nearby. My first impression came from Jennifer who took me around to tour the property. She was kind, informative and responded to any questions that I had regarding the property and the lease. Thank you Jennifer for all that you do. The property is clean and comfortable. I loved the fitness center that had plenty of free weights, equiptment, including treadmills and bikes. I'm an early riser so when I would head down the the fitness center throug the lobby, the maintenance crew would always greet with me a smile and a "good morning". The place was spotless! I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience despite a very stressful situation. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing leak that required multiple repairs, which is never an easy or convenient thing to go through as a resident. However, I can honestly say that the management and staff at this community have been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, communication has been consistent, transparent, and timely. The team has kept me updated every step of the way and has made me feel truly cared for as a resident. They even arranged for professional cleaners to come in after repairs, and they did a phenomenal job. That level of thoughtfulness really made a difficult situation feel more manageable. I just moved away (sadly we had to move away due to having to move to different city .) but I LOVED my apartment here. I was here over 1 year and I truly loved everything about this apartment. I love the location, it’s so conveniently located. It’s quiet, I barely ever heard my neighbors. The apartments are so cute and trendy. The amenities are really nice and if you’re looking for an apartment I definitely recommend!

I visited this property to review comparables, and I have to say it was just as impressive as the leasing agent, Sierra! Sierra, your service was exceptional and truly top-tier. The property itself is beautiful and feels like a 5-star hotel. I sincerely appreciate the experience, and if I were in the market for a home, I would absolutely have signed a lease that day.
