The Adriane Apartments

Nick has been great since he came on with the maintenance crew! He is always prompt and very transparent with timelines and what can be done to address issues. I have been here almost a year now and have had some issues but mostly just older apartment issues. Love it here!

My now finance and I have lived here a little over 9 months and we have had a lot of issues pertaining to our A/C. Matt has worked so diligently to keep it up to par for us, and is always there when we need him! We have had a few other problems in between like flooding, and lock issues and he has always been there in a timely manner to help and get the job done. We love Matt!

I lived at these apartments for 9 years. In my time there I had very few issues. The apartments are a bit older, but very well built and also very quiet. I almost never heard my neighbors in all the years I lived there and I always felt very safe. The office staff was great. Angie and Ptolomy were extremely helpful with any issues I had this past year and Angie was also very kind when I needed to move out last month. I am thankful that I was able to call this place home during the time I was there.

I LOVE IT HERE ! Wylie is predominantly upper class area with a great school system . Adriane has allowed me to stay within the city without the crazy rent prices ! Not only is the rate great but the quality is there. Sierra is at the front and is very professional and will get you in your place fast! Maintenance is fast i love my new place

Edit/update 9/26/25: RECORD & DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. This has been the most incompetent management I have ever dealt with living in apartments the past 16 years. It has now been a month since our lease ended and they still can't get our account right despite numerous emails and conversations. For ex why are we being charged Sept rent on our move out fees when we moved out before our lease was ended in August among other bogus charges. Edit/update 9/15/25: It has now been 3 weeks since we moved out with proper notification and they're still charging us saying there are all types of technical issues and everyday were told our account should be updated and corrected within 24 hours.
