Parc At Wylie Apartments

CHARITY IS AMAZING! LOVE HER! Chose this complex just from my interaction with her and the school my son wanted to go to with his friends is zoned here. HOWEVER, I’m willing to bet money that these are cheaply made apartments with very thin walls and floors. I informed the office in June about my upstairs neighbors stomping, jumping and bumping. Reminder email about quiet hours went out to everyone in the community on 6/25. I reported it again on 9/24/25. Office manager came out of his office, interrupted me, and stated that he would personally handle this and give me a follow up call later that day. Have yet to receive that call. Noise has continued. I sent an email at 11:04pm on 12/2 about the noise. Once again, the office manager told me he would follow up with both of us that Friday.

I’ve lived in this community just under 5 years. This place, like any other, has its pros and cons, but the one thing I can always count on is the staff. Managers have come and gone—a lot—people move on for various reasons, but the maintenance guys are always professional and quick to respond, the leasing agents are friendly and helpful, and our newest manager is top tier. When I have a concern, I email it through the app and always get an email or call back in a reasonable amount of time, with a genuine offer of assistance and/or a resolution. Once I called the office just to ask a question but got voicemail and hung up. A few minutes later a staff member called, stating she saw I called and wanted to make sure all was okay. I am a New Tenant here and it’s been a year since we last moved in. I love every single thing about these apartments The amenities, swimming pool, gym, open sitting area, dog park and Spacious apartments that I can proudly call it a home now!!! The staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I just love how they promptly do the work orders once we place it online. Zero complaints. Highly recommend this luxurious renting place :)

Resident since July. Had a couple of small problems and they were taken care of quickly. Noticed flooring problem (glue leakage) on tile floor. Notified Darrius who promptly contacted John (Const and Maint supervisor.) After inspection, Darrius scheduled a vendor and had a new floor installed! We appreciate sooo much his attention to detail and his swift response. I think he is trying to be apartment manager of the year in Wylie! We like living here!
