William is the best! He provided an extremely thorough inspection while letting us know which items should be a priority. He explained everything so it made sense to newbies like us and advised objectively on his opinion of the house. It helped us immensely on what to ask for during negotiations. Kenna and William are a dynamic duo that proves family businesses are the best. They worked with me and my agent to schedule a new construction inspection. Leading up to the inspection date, they communicated clearly what to expect and how to make the payment on their portal. On the day of the inspection, William sent a good morning text to say when he would start in an estimated time of when he would finish.
