Inspiration by CastleRock Communities

My wife and I purchased an inventory home in the Inspiration community. CastleRock Communities is amazing! Their entire team is very professional and helpful! Communicated thoroughly throughout the home purchase process and their detail on their homes is above other home builders! I highly recommend CastleRock homes, you will be happy you did too! Their care for the buyer is genuine and easily noticeable.

Bonnie is a treasure. Without her attention and support I doubt I would have gotten the lot that I wanted. I first walked into her office when Covid was in full swing, Mask and all. I asked for a lot that they were some time away from acquiring, but she kept up with it, kept in touch with me, and when they finally had it made sure that I was the one who got it. She was excellent at keeping in touch with me during the entire process and responded every time I emailed, texted or called her, even on her days off. Now I am in my dream house on the most amazing lot in the best lot in the subdivision, overlooking the beautiful lake in Greenbelt. Ben is an excellent construction manager.. He paid attention to everything that I asked and got almost all of it done, except that which was impossible.

UPDATE: October 2, 2025 While I stood by my compliment of Bonnie our Sales Consultant & Ben our Construction Manager, I retract my review about CastleRock quality and post-sale services. It's been one construction defects after another over the past year. Here are the issues that occurred and remain unresolved after almost 1 year of closing: 1. At least 5 instance of roof leaks - first one happened literally the 2nd day we moved in in various locations: - Powder bathroom - Breakfast - Garage - 2nd floor bedroom It's a constant whack-a-mole of discovering new leak every heavy rain. All of them was discovered to be damaged shingle due to nails from construction. CastleRock did not make reasonable attempt to inspect the roof and find leak. Customer service : 3 star Quality of construction: 2 star Mirror installer drilled a hole through a sewer pipe in the wall of the powder room during construction. Slowly over time water seeped out damaging the cabinets in the powder room and kitchen. Since the mirror installer is sub-contractor, the builder has to work with them to get paid for the cabinets damage. Until then we have to live with an unusable powder room and kitchen with fewer cabinets. Its been close to 2 months now. Changed my rating from 1 star to 3 star (customer service). Castle Rock took care of all the issues quickly. Ben, construction manager, was on top of things and got them done quickly. We bought a Pinehurst model (Castle Rock Mercury Luxury line) in Inspiration Wylie last month. Doesn't feel like a luxury

We just finished closing on our dream home and couldn't be happier, the home is beautiful and honestly it is everything we imagined. It was a longer process building through some Covid challenges but we had the world's best sales consultant "Bonnie MacKenzie" to guide us & keep us posted through the entire time. If you're looking to build in Inspiration yes I'd recommend Castle Rock but I definitely recommend working with Bonnie she's amazing.
