I cannot say enough amazing things about Jasmine! She truly went above and beyond for me and my children during one of the most important times in our lives. When no one else would approve me, she did. She believed in me and gave my family a chance when we needed it most. Because of her dedication, kindness, and willingness to actually listen, we were able to secure our new home. She didn’t just do her job — she showed compassion, understanding, and real support. That means everything to a mother trying to build stability for her kids. Jasmine is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she helps. If you ever get the chance to work with her, know that you’re in good hands. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me and my children start this new chapter.

I came to Lakeside Village in late July. I had many questions and concerns, and Jennifer patiently listened and answered my questions. She helped me with technology issues about using the portal to make payments and registered my vehicle. She greets everyone with a smile all day long. She is encouraging and knowledgeable about the move in process. Jennifer is a great manager for Lakeside village!
