There’s always trash, I’ve seen raccoons and vultures around it. Mold growth everywhere. Don’t live here. My renovated apartment has the worst appliances with the ovens knobs falling apart and the gas stove top with crooked tops. Experienced gas leaks even when they were turned off because of how poorly they’re built . I’d suggest to not live here . After months of complaining about issues nothing has been done. This was supposed to be a renovated apartment.

Planning on moving in on February 14 and so far everything has been easy breezy. I want to make sure it is known that JAQUEZ GILBERT was great! Give him a raise or bonus or whatever he needs. He gave me some great information about my upcoming move and was able to give me some amazing news regarding the move in special currently going on. Professional and courteous and knowledgeable. On top of me loving the area I'm excited about my new place!

I recently moved into the apartment complex, I stopped by during the weekend to tour and fell in love with the quiet neighborhood. The leasing office team was nothing but amazing, during my move-in process, especially Jaquez Gilbert and Danny. Jaquez constantly ensured that I felt welcomed during move-in and went above and beyond with answering all my questions, and assisting me with the application process. Any maintenance concerns that I brought up, he would immediately follow through with no hesitation. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the leasing office crew. Highly recommend! And oh, great move in deals :)

Told Pamela in the front office that my child's' bikes had been stolen from under the apartments and that we have seen strange men walking into the touring apartment last month, as well as the touring apartment door cracked late at night last week. She was more concerned about why I was telling her instead of calling the police and also told me not to "accuse" her vendors of taking my bikes because "why would they do that." I was just asking since it was near a touring apartment and in case I could recover my bikes. Also I let her know that I don't feel safe here, with tears in my eyes, and she goes "what do you want me to do about it" then ridiculed me when I say I want her to make sure the touring apartment is secure, even going as far as to tell me that she can't assume men creeping aro

The new management took over, but they’re not doing much to fix the issues. I have open work orders for things to be fixed, but they keep sending people to just “look” at the problems. What’s the point of paying rent if they don’t even bother to fix the things that need fixing? My bathroom has mold, and I had my carpet either removed or cleaned, but I haven’t heard back from them. They keep saying they’ll get back to me, but they could move people in right now.
