The Adair Apartment Homes

This community is very nice in general however I have several issues. First the trash valet is a joke. The people who do it never come and if there is any kind of weather they will cancel it and then threaten you if you have it outside and it builds up. They tell you to keep it inside until they can start up again. Why would I keep trash bags in my apartment where I could get roaches? They need to refund everyone their valet trash fee. Secondly the complex is very nice and quiet but it’s way too boring. The community events are minimum and poorly executed. Some of the office managers are nice and others, well… If you’re looking for a gated community don’t move here. The gate literally never works, they are all just left wide open. It’s a pretty safe area, but again… false advertisement. M

Management and staff are very friendly & professional. They create lots of activities for community engagement. The property is well maintained inside and out. I love that it’s very quiet and family-oriented.

Don't move here if you care about your health. There's mold and all they do is send a guy over with bleach and a dirty rag to clean it off. (We have cats which the bleach would of been severely harmful too) They don't take it seriously. They leave the mold to grow behind the walls, they hide issues rather then fix them. As the pictures show, both around the windows and drywall around the bathtub, have moisture levels over 30%. Drywall moisture is considered bad once you hit 17% if you pass 30% massive mold growth can occur. The maintenance man tried to tell me that the mold in the shower was not because there is mold behind the wall but is because we don't clean it enough which is a lie. My wife wipes after every shower and scrubs it with bleach every few days yet the mold gets worse. I e

I don’t normally write reviews, but this time I’ve had it. Ever since I moved here i have never had a problem. I can’t say anything bad about my experience living here, but the only thing that has been the worst experience is when they made the change to ‘live bh’ and the way of paying your rent. Ever since they changed, my payment has gone through without issues only ONCE. They seem to always have issues with their app because it only allows you to pay with a credit card instead of your bank account and some days the option for auto pay is disabled. You literally have to check every time because if you don’t your payment will not go through and you’ll be stuck with paying $200 for the late fee. I’ve lived at these apartments for 20 years, and this place has really become home. The community is friendly, the management is reliable, and everything is always clean and well cared for. I’m very grateful to live here.
