The Abbey at Park Lakes

I just wanted to come in and leave my review for Abbey at Park Lakes and the staff I came in contact with, Heather and Jaizel. The process did start off rocky but by God's grace and these two wonderful women I was able to move into my new home! They kept in contact with me the entire time from beginning to end. Jaizel even allowed me to see the apartment before move in to get the feel of my new home. Thank you ladies so much for all your help and I'm happy to call Abbey at Park Lakes home♥️

Communicate with your towing company about how to avoid issues with residents . There has been too many issues with this particular towing company. Residents have moved out due to this. Be mindful we all have families and some don’t. A tow bill can put a damper on a person whole day. Cars are now being towed while being properly parked with necessary stickers . Missing work due to someone else’s negligence isn’t fair or will it be a reasonable excuse when rent is due! The gate is broken constantly and trash is always thrown in piles outside dumpster. Which leads to the wind moving it through property.

Been trying to get someone to look at my washing machine for over a week and nobody shows up. I call and ask when are they coming and the lady is telling me I printed out the paper for him to do it today, okay great. Nobody ever showed up and I called again asking and she said she’ll send them a text and still nobody came. I called for a third time and nobody answered. I haven’t been able to wash any clothes and it’s extremely frustrating to be lied too and to keep waiting for something important. The only reason there is 2 stars because Heather is kind and a great asset to the staff.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve been here for about 3 years and the experience is some what ok. If you ask me would I recommend This place my answer will be NO. 1st off my appliances constantly needs repair even after the service has been completed. My refrigerator has a constant leak and instead of the property manager putting in an invoice to replacing the refrigerator I’m stuck with a temporary fix. The trash compactor is always broken and to make matters worse my vehicle was recently towed from the reserve parking stop I pay extra for every month. The hallways needs pressure washing. The back gate works when it wants to. The price you pay to live here isn’t worth the headache. My lease will be up soon and I don’t plan on renewing it.

Living at Abbey at Park Lakes has been a truly positive experience. What really set it apart for me was the incredible team in the leasing office—especially Heather, the assistant manager. She was always professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure residents felt heard and supported. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, Heather was quick to respond and always handled things with care and efficiency. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in making it a great place to live. The entire office staff was equally warm and welcoming throughout my stay.
