The 707 Communities

My first apartment complex and definitely a good first! The property manager and very kind when addressing any issues and patient. They keep common areas well maintained, provide laundry on every floor (although you do have to pay) and definitely look out for their residents. I also appreciate that they use Flex to let residents split rent for the month which is very convenient! Very good experience so far!

I have lived here for several years and have had a good overall experience. It feels safe and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The main downsides I have experienced is the upper floor unit apartments can get very hot during the summer and parking can sometimes be tight, but overall a great place to live.

I have had a great experience living at the 707 Communities apartments. The other residents are friendly and fairly quiet late at night. It is nice being right next to campus, making the daily walk very manageable even in the rain. Unfortunately, there aren't in-unit washers and dryers, and you have to pay for each load. Overall, the leasing manager is great, and the maintenance staff responds quickly, so I've had a good experience.

Currently in my second year of living at the 707 apartments and have been pleased by the experience. The property manager Ceccilee has been extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the application process as well as any questions and concerns that have come about since move in. Daniel, who takes care of maintenance has been quick to fulfill maintenance requests and is thorough in making sure to reduce the need for future fixes. This definitely feels like home, I know I’ll miss the 707 after graduation. Would recommend!
