TGM Andover Park

I lived at this property and dealt with a persistent mold issue for over a year. Management made multiple repair attempts, but the mold kept returning. At one point, the area was painted over while mold was still visible, and the underlying moisture issue was never properly fixed. After poor communication and no real resolution, I contacted the City of Lawrence, which issued an official violation for mold and failure to meet sanitary code. We’ve since moved out, but the situation was stressful and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

Moving to TGM Andover Park has been an incredible experience for me and my family. From the very beginning, the reception was wonderful, and the team has always been extremely attentive and helpful. Our apartment is beautiful, and the lake view is absolutely amazing — we truly feel blessed to call this place home. My family and I are very happy here! TGM Andover Park is a fantastic place to live! 🥰

Deborah was incredibly helpful in getting the paperwork moving fast so that we could move in as quickly as possible! The location is great & convenient to shopping and highways; the apartment is spacious (much bigger than comparable properties); and the facilities are clean and in great shape. Thanks again for helping us to find a nice place to live in short order!

We moved in recently and the staff have been nothing but kind and supportive. Deb, Anna and Alicia are so patient and helpful making our first move in so smooth and easy. The apartments are clean and well maintained by maintenance, the staff really do their best to make it a comfortable space and host community events which we love. Definitely recommend this place!

The community team gives us a strong support for any enquirer I have been recently experiencing with my dryer machine in the same day they responded the service from maintenance tech, Narciso was prompted and very reliable. They took care of everything about my dryer repair. They also gave me many calls asking if everything was okay and promptly working as well .
