Terrace View Apartments

What I like about this apartment is clean, safe and quite. The manager Greg is nice, very helpful and proactive. Every time we have a problem on our unit he respond and get things done right away. He goes above and beyond! Maintenance team are also very helpful and quick responders! I love staying in Terrace view apartment. Highly recommended!

I have lived at Terrace View for a while and used to genuinely enjoy calling it home. Previous landlords and property managers were always helpful, professional, and kind, which made the community feel welcoming and well-managed. In particular, Greg, the former property manager, was always incredibly helpful with anything I needed. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure residents were taken care of, and his professionalism set a great standard for how the property was run. However, my recent experience--particularly during the management transition--has been disappointing. I believe Nella Metovic was brought on as a temporary assistant property manager during this time. Unfortunately, my interactions with her have been frustrating and unproductive. I’ve called multiple times and left a message, but no one has responded. I also tried twice to schedule a tour online and never received the email link. It’s frustrating that they’re advertising the apartment but are impossible to reach. Honestly, you wouldn’t want to rent from these guys.

Terrace View is a great complex! People are great, management is fantastic and maintenance is efficient, the property is well maintained. Pricing is great and the amenities are good. Location and views are nice andbi always felt safe. Had the pleasure to call this place home for the past year after moving up from SoCal and had a great experience. I would highly recommend staying at Terrace View.

Terrible management, rats, and decaying infrastructure. Do not move here, and avoid woodmont real estate services.
