Skyline Heights Apartments

I honestly wouldn’t recommend living at Skyline Heights. Other than being overpriced with almost no amenities, they advertise a gym and pool that are both extremely small. I tried the gym twice, and it was uncomfortable to work out in for any length of time, also stopped going after seeing spiders inside of it. We dealt with mold inside the apartment, and it affected our health, the entire bathroom ceiling was filled with it. The apartment was also always cold because the windows were poorly installed and constantly let cold air in. One of the biggest ongoing problems was the plumbing. The kitchen and bathroom drains clog very easily, and it seems like the plumbing is shared between units. It's okay, but fire whoever thought using an AI agent to handle leasing manners is a good idea. The AI is garbage. Do a better job of spending all the money you get from us.

Whoever the owners are, they are just money grabbing people who don’t care about the quality of living for their renters. This complex is overpriced and no benefits. The washers/dryers never work. The appliances are cheap. Our stove smokes fumes and emits toxins that probably aren’t great for us to breath in.. but what do you do when they won’t fix it. There’s no parking, except paid parking. They complain about people parking wherever but then take all of the guest parking away so it’s paid additional spaces only and they earn an extra buck. AND we requested an additional paid parking spot back in Sept when we moved in and they still haven’t provided us with one.. when there’s tons of open “paid” spots everywhere. The tow truck guy warned us to be careful bc he tows cars from our complex

During our emergency apartment search, we were about to choose until we saw Skyline Heights and gave it a shot. We were astound because everything we need is here (parking, laundry,secure,quiet, and fresh air). Our decision was easily made because we encountered Margaret, who is awesome, welcoming, and helpful. The paperwork was fast and moved in as well. We're happy and content with our new place. All of their staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Andre and Margaret. If we need something to look at, they're just a text away or request it at the app, and they will respond in a timely manner and have the work done. Thank you for being our Nirvana, and that's all we need in this crazy world.

There aren’t enough good things to say about not only the staff, community, but our overall living experience. Let me start off by just complimenting the staff. From the beginning, they have been kind, extremely helpful and patient. My boyfriend and I just had a baby, but we moved in a month prior and Dj and Margaret made it so easy to get everything in order. I really had no issues. When we needed any maintenance work, the maintenance crew were responsive, provided resolution, or work around when the solution wasn’t immediate. The community is clean, neighbors are (mostly) sweet and respectful. My dog loved being able to walk over to the dog park provided. Just an overall great living experience.
