A fun , safe , comfortable place to reside . Great location and easy access to Serramonte Mall and San Francisco International Airport . The management , apartment manager and her staff , the maintenance team are always ready , friendly and very helpful to our needs in our unit . A great community to reside . We have get together and fun activities on some holidays .

We have a great manager and maintenance staff. They act so quick and attend to what we need right away specially if it’s emergency. Last Saturday we have a water problem from our kitchen sink . When I let the manager knows she contacted the maintenance and they went to our unit right away on early Saturday morning. The issue was resolved immediately. We’re happy we live here

I like the area here, close to schools, malls, buses, and other establishments. The management team are very nice, helpful people and maintains the place, keep it clean all the time. Communicates with the residents and they are very accommodating. I am happy to recommend that you check it out if ever you’re looking for a place & community to live in.

I’ve noticed majority of the tenants are Asian/Filipino descent. Looks a little weird to me. I highly suggest you start renting to others and not just to the Asian community.
