Been living here for almost 2 years now and I will say I absolutely love it everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Having access to to the rooftop and also location alone has been super rewarding for me. I appreciate Edgar as well he has always been so pleasant and easy to talk to when anything has come up if needs fixing. Love my place literally.

0 Stars!!!!!!! Absolute nightmare. Avoid at all costs. Pacific Place Apartments at 2665 Geneva Ave, Daly City is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Package theft is rampant, and management does absolutely nothing about it. Don’t be fooled by the presence of cameras — they’re either non-functional or completely ignored, making them nothing more than decorations meant to give a false sense of security. The so-called property manager, Edgar, is completely ineffective. Complaints about safety, stolen packages, and basic resident concerns are met with indifference, excuses, or total silence. No solutions. No accountability. No effort. It’s clear that once they collect your rent, they stop caring entirely. This place is unsafe, poorly managed, and negligent. ⚠️ URGENT WARNING FOR DOG OWNERS ⚠️ I need to speak up about something very serious. There’s a business called Mutt and Tumble operating out of an apartment at Pacific Place Apartments in Daly City. They are running a board and train program without a license or permit, which is not legal or safe. My own dog was abused while in their care, and since sharing my story I’ve been informed that other clients have experienced similar issues. The environment is not safe for dogs, and the owner has even called people to pressure them into removing negative reviews instead of taking responsibility. If you love your pets, please do not bring them to Mutt and Tumble. I moved out 6 months ago (05/24) however lived at Pacific Place for 3 years. I used to live in the 3rd floor with the 1 bed 1.5 bath 900 sq ft. layout. Management has changed many times over the years however the recent management has been there and Edgar has been a huge help for us. When we first moved in (during pandemic), the price for the place was great. It came with a free garage parking spot and the back parking lot was first come first serve which was great since finding street parking was more difficult. However once the new management took over they started charging for the back parking lot (initially $50 bumped up to $100) and eventually charged for the garage spots ($150) as well. My experience here at Pacific Place has been pleasant over the course of 4 years. Management has always been very easy to work with and attentive when I am in need. The maintenance team has always been on top of my requests no matter how big or small. The entire staff is hardworking, professional, and communicates in a timely manner. My neighbors are friendly and I do not seem to experience any complaints or problems. Overall, I'm very satisfied and feel welcomed. I appreciate all of the Pacific Place staff. P.S.
