Temple Square Apartments

This place is the LOUDEST dirtiest complex that ever existed. First of all do NOT move here if you don't like kids screaming and playing ALL HOURS of the day and night. 6am? Oh they're screaming yelling in the morning. After school till 10pm oh FORGET about any quiet around here oh and the WEEKENDS when no management on duty its 10 x worse. All day into the night. The kids take the coal from the bbqs and write all over the sidewalk and the walls like its chalk. They throw the boulder rocks at the metal staircases all night, I'm just waiting for it to go through someones window, and they ride their bikes/scooters around the complex on the sidewalks screaming and yelling. They leave trash all over like its one big dumpster here. Theres dog poop EVERYWHERE because no one cares to pick it up.

I have been here 2 years. I am in a wheelchair and never thought I was being discriminated against. I had a neighbor who continually told me how bad management was. I have never had a problem. The manager, Stephanie, has always been responsive to my needs and concerns. If I need anything for maintenance, they are there in 1 or 2 days. They made a couple of accomodations in my bathroom and they lowered the thermostat so I could reach it (ADA requirement). I have a stackable washer/dryer. I can't reach the link trap because it's in the back of the dryer. All I have to do is put in a maintenance request and usually the same day they come and clean it for me. I have not had any issues with kids or neighbors being loud, except for my upstairs neighbor. There are 3 reasons I didn't give Temple S

The new manager doesn’t like to Look and do her job! I have been on the waitlist for a 4 bedroom for 7yrs! I had proof that I was number 6 and then the new manager came and her list mysteriously had me at number 26! I showed her proof she never fixed it! I’ve seen 3- 4 bedroom come for rent and she only wants Housing vouchers! I’m still waiting, she won’t respond to my emails either! HORRIBLE MANAGER!

Apartments are very nice but to get any type of maintenance done it take them weeks to come fix ANYTHING. The office manager (Ana) Is horrible and so rude. If you have kids I wouldn’t not recommend you to move in here she is horrible with children and takes away their toys and gives out tickets for no reason. She has given most of my neighbors problems trying to evict them and what not. We’ve tried to reach her boss (Leslie) to complain about her but never got a response. Very unprofessional. If I could give this place zero stars I would! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH ANA IF YOU PLAN TO MOVE IN SHE IS VERY SNEAKY!!!
