Telshor Apartments

It has been a wonderful experience renting from Telshor Apartments. The property manger, Kristi, has truly been wonderful. This is the first place my son has rented on his own, and she made sure he understood what he was signing, the rules of the community, and the rights/responsibilities he had as a renter. She was very knowledgeable and kind. They are prompt with maintenance requests. The entire staff are professional and treat you like family. This is a quiet complex with none of the drama that is often found in apartments. It is no wonder there is a waiting list for this complex. I would 1000% recommend Telshor Apartments to a friend.

Kristi Roberts is a phenomenal Landlord! She's very organized,courteous, respectfull,kind, very communicative!! Her maintenance guys Jason and Lupe are very courteous, respectful of tenants while addressing any issues needed fixing as well as knowing their job thoroughly inside and out!! Highly recommend

Kristi goes so beyond what you would expect from anyone in her position. We recently had a power outage from a big issue on a holiday she should be spending time with her family. Instead she came in and did everything possible non stop until it got resolved. It’s not easy to get people to come help on the holiday but she accomplished everything working her you know what off. So happy to have her looking over everything in the complex

Although these apartments are a good price, these people are so unprofessional and inhumane. Every few weeks or so, there’s always an issue, some weeks there’s no water in the whole complex, some days there’s no gas, right now there’s no electricity, and these are problems that they take DAYS to fix. It is the middle of summer and we are now having to put all of our food in an ice chest and can’t even shower or charge our phones, much less run an AC and yesterday it was 109 degrees outside. It is so hot and there are even people having to go outside with their newborn babies because it’s too hot and stuffy inside. But the apartment management doesn’t care and we just have to wait it out. It’s so inhumane to constantly have your tenants living in these conditions.

Nice place and utilities included. If a apartment gets a clogged water line they post a note on door. Now if the city works on line then no note! City does not inform apartment manager or the neighboring houses! I have Chronic sinusitis so if there was any mold I would know!
