I rented with TCT for nearly six years in Gilbert on S Ramona St. and had a consistently positive experience. All the agents I worked with over the years were professional, courteous, and responsive. Repairs were handled promptly whenever needed. Upon move-out, a portion of my deposit was initially withheld. However, I provided photo and video evidence showing the yard had been professionally cleaned, and TCT promptly returned the remainder of my deposit. I appreciate their fairness and professionalism throughout my tenancy.

My family lived in one of their rental properties for over 8 years. Management was very responsive whenever we had an issue with appliances, A/C, garage door, and water heater. But they also weren't over bearing and gave us our privacy, which we appreciated! Would definitely recommend their properties as a rental!! Thank you TCT!!

I’ve been a very content Renter for going on five years with this company and I have nothing but good things to say. Every time I’ve needed something or had an issue, they’ve been extremely quickly to resolve anything and to contact me. Their communication is amazing whether it’s through email or phone. You always receive an answer back same day or next if it’s after business hours. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends, whether as a renter or as somebody who is looking for property management for their home

TCT knows how to assist your clients. I just referred them to an owner and they were quick to respond and provided them with all the info they need to rent out their home. I highly recommend!

Let's start with the positive.when calling for maintenance they are on point fast turnaround to get things fixed. When moving out even with 3 months notice. Property manager does not come do a walk through with you. When talking to the property manager on phone conflicting information on hours to turn in keys. Property manager are not organized in how handling move out. Let's see how we get our deposit back. Got some of the deposit back. Was told the lil nail holes didn't have to fix from the pictures hanging on the walls. Cause that was normal wear and tear. But when getting the refund charged for the nail holes. In the amount of $250.00 .crazy. There is 2 carpets in the closets maybe small linen area they had to be professionally cleaned with receipt given. I will give it to them nice h
