DO NOT MOVE HERE. I haven’t left a review yet, due to being fearful of backlash, but that would be against the law, now wouldn’t it. Please listen to the previous and more current reviews about this place. They are telling the truth. We have been here for 15 months and unfortunately have another 9 to go. Our first 6 months were wonderful! Martha, a previous office staff member at our complex, was always so helpful and kind. Her and the other staff at the time, were all excited to welcome and meet our new baby! Slowly but surely, all of the management and staff has changed. We have had many issues when it comes to the rent, and the communication side of things with the current staff. The office staff is so disrespectful and will speak down on you in an extremely passive aggressive manner. I

Glacier Run is full of poop and they’re doing nothing to hold residents accountable. Maintenance picks it up but nothing has changed in over a year because no one is getting fined for these lease violations. I love living here but will be moving because it’s disgusting.

Literally mass producing low quality “million” dollar homes. This company is RUINING Puyallup and pricing locals out of our homes. Shame on this company.

PSA: Remember you can file complaints about property management companies with the Department of Housing and Urban Development if you are experiencing any of the following for further investigation and seek resolution: Property manager not paying out security deposits Dangers to a tenant’s health Discrimination based on protected statuses Fraud Ongoing maintenance issues Problems with professional management Safety concerns

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST management company I have ever had experience with. Staff is not properly trained, and try to cheat you. They had an extra month to prepare my apartment and still it was not completed. Maintenance is terrible. I was here for over a month before anyone bothered to come in on a SATURDAY to do one or two things on the move in work order. I was not allowed to do my own walk through at move in and felt rushed during the walk through. I would not recommend Terragon properties to anyone.
