Hidden Gem!! Me and my fiancé just moved in 2 months ago. Every day I tell him, I love it here! I’m use to living in a major city so the scenery blows my mind every day. It’s so quiet and peaceful here. All the bunnies are so cute. The river trail is beautiful. I feel safe in this community. I never see any sketchy people around. I really hope to be here for years and would love to raise a family here someday!

I really wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed with these apartments and property. This is also an unbiased review which I feel is really important, and that properties don't receive enough of. I am not a past resident, and I do not currently live at this property, just a visitor. I helped my sister in-law move into her apartment last weekend and I was blown away as soon as we drove in. It is kept in prestine condition, beautifully landscaped, tons of parking, no broken down vehicles, no broken blinds or sheets in the windows, and just overall inviting. Her 2bd apartment was extremely clean, smelled nice, great layout and tons of space, including really large closet spaces. I am completely envious of all of the natural light inside. I Can/Will Only Speak From My Personal Experience: The Entire Staff(Manager, Supervisor & Maintenance) Have All Been "Excellent" From The 1st Day I Came To Inquire. Their Very Professional, Yet Very Personable At The Same Time (A Rare Quality To Experience These Days). I Enjoy Living Here, Not To Mention The Office Has "Great Free Snacks'' (LOL)

DO NOT RENT HERE. To make long story short, here is a bullet point list on my personal experience, as well as other tenants that have expressed concern on local Facebook groups. These are things I wish I would have known before moving here. These are not ALL of the issues, just some of the big hitters. Rent with caution! -Communication: It is near IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of the leasing office. Their office is on site however, they no longer take walk ins and is by appointment only. They have two different emails so nobody ever knows which email to try and contact them with. But they sure are on top of reminding you when your rent is due. -Maintenance: Maintenance is rude, and you have to jump through hoops to get them to come after 3:30PM. Peaceful place to live just moved in. Process was easy and the ladies in the office were helpful and are sweet really cares about their residents I could tell when I first met them. Moved in neighborhood great Peaceful and quite. Neighbors welcoming and it's a family environment kids playing bunnies everywhere so cute my child loves them. It feels like home here. I'm actually pretty amazed how clean it is all kept up. The river is amazing cool breeze right in the backyard. I'm very pleased with the decision to move here.
