Fryar Flats Apartments

I had been looking for an apartment for a long time. Finding a place that was cozy like a home, centrally located, easily accessible with open floor plans was a difficult task! The staff made everything from the application process to the moving process a breeze! Karlie was extremely diligent and helpful from start to finish! The complex is stunning! Well designed! Beautiful and accommodating! I highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment!

I had the pleasure of having a tour today! Honestly Karlie, is the most amazing person ever, she is incredibly sweet, very patient, answered all my questions, extremely polite. Unfortunately was out of our price range but I felt very comfortable and welcomed with Karlie.

My Girl just moved here and I have to say it is one of the nicest apartments in the area. Great location and everything is brand new. I enjoy visiting.
