Sumner Mill Apartments

My partner and I moved in here back in August of this year! We love our experience thus far. The office staff were super helpful from the moment we toured the complex during our apartment hunt, all the way to assisting us with on our move-in date. Maintenance is also very responsive to requests. The complex is super clean and is surrounded by a very nice community.

Management and staff are very professional and personable. Any concerns have been addressed in a timely manner. The only issue has been the increases in ancillary expenses such as water, sewage and garbage which is in addition to the valet service.

I moved my mother into Sumner Mill Apartments about a year ago after the passing of my father. During an incredibly difficult time, the office manager showed us genuine kindness and compassion, helping us navigate every step of the move. She took the time to understand my mother’s emotional struggles as she adjusted to living on her own for the first time, even helping us choose a parking spot that would be most convenient for her. I also want to commend Rich, the maintenance technician. He has been a wonderful presence in my mother’s apartment, handling repairs with not only professionalism but also heartfelt empathy. He’s taken the time to help her with even the smallest tasks—like showing her how to use the clothes washer—with patience, kindness, and understanding. It’s rare to find a

Sumner Mill Apartments is a great place to live. The apartments are beautifully maintained throughout by the talented Rich. The office staff are so helpful. Viola greats everyone with a smile and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Natasha makes is all happen as the manager with grace and respect. These three individuals are so quick to respond to any questions and issue that may arise. I love the sense of community that is here are Sumner Mill apartments. The social opportunities provided by the staff and the proximity to shops and restaurants make it the perfect place to relax after a workday. You could not find a better place to call home!!!

Rich is consistently reliable and responsive to maintenance requests, arriving promptly and completing repairs efficiently with a friendly demeanor. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done right. On a personal note, as a newly widower, Rich engages in small talk and maintains fantastic eye contact, providing me with a sense of safety in my apartment. He always reminds me to lock the door after him. I feel very fortunate to be part of such a wonderful community and to have a professional maintenance worker like Rich.
