Numerous times I and other neighbors have seen your tenants walk back to your premises without deposing of their dogs poop in the designated areas. What is more rude is that not only can people step in it which reaches beyond your complex, but also a health violation. County Code §62.670 (Curbing a Dog): "No person shall leave or permit animal feces to remain on public or private property not owned by them". County Code §62.668 (Sanitation): Owners must keep premises sanitary, free from offensive odors and disease, and remove feces to a proper receptacle.

None of these apartments have shock absorbers under the 2 n 1 laundry units so everything is always shaking and vibrating at odd hours it starts like 6-7am doesnt stop until 4am the next day, being next to a fat freeway doesnt help either. These apartments are cheaply made and very old, dont recommend living here at all
