SYNC at Perimeter

These past few months as a resident have been pure bliss. Ive been renting for over 10 years now and this building has been one of my favorite places to live. The location is unbeatable and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. Valencia is my go to person in the leasing office. Whenever i have a issue or just need help with something, she always is so prompt and makes feel valued as a resident. I recommend SYNC to just about everyone I know because I know they wont be disappointed.

Property is very cleaned and well managed. Love the fact that the place is very spacious. Staff are great. Maintenance be on point with getting this completed when I request things to be done. These is the one guy I believe his name is Ben, he is very polite, professional and clean up when he completes the task. All of the maintenance men are great. Keep up the great work. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I’ve been here nearly a year now. From the start working with Valencia was great. She was very friendly and really made everything easy. She made the whole process very easy and I was in a jam to move asap and she was amazingly helpful. She’s continued for a year now to be helpful and goes out of her way to be kind and is always helped with anything I need. I highly recommend living here and can’t say enough about Valencia.

Absolutely do not move here. This place has been nothing but problems from day one. The elevator is constantly broken and when it does work, it moves so slow it might as well be out of service. Packages go missing nonstop because the building has zero security. The hallways smell like trash half the time, and the parking garage gate is basically never working. Cars get stolen and broken into regularly. My boyfriend’s car was broken into inside the garage, behind the “secured” gate, on the same day he bought it. The leasing office offers no real help for anything—they’re dismissive and always have an excuse. My air conditioning broke 7 times, my ceiling leaked four different times, and every time I asked for help it was a fight. I could keep going, but you get the point. Save yourself the

No notes for SYNC at Perimeter! The property is beautiful and always kept up by maintenance. Most times when I need something I can always count on Valencia! She is so helpful in and even out of the office if you see her. She has been solution-oriented since I met her! Definitely satisfied working with her. Thank you!
