Swanson Realty and specifically, Tracy Swanson did an amazing, truly outstanding job of putting together a high-end, professional presentation of our home. In a market while desirable- St. James, it was/is not unusual to be 4-6 weeks on the market before one get's a reasonable offer on their home. We had a much different experience. Tracy and her team put together a plan of attack with an outstanding video presentation and an aggressive on-line marketing strategy. The result? Sold 'sight-unseen' in 3-days at full price!
