Ryan Homes at Middle Creek Village

I am in the process of purchasing a home in Middle Creek Village and it has been such an easy journey so far. I was warned by friends and family that buying a home was stressful, but I have had an amazing experience with the help of my salesperson (and now, my friend) Gigi Garcia. Gigi has been there for every question and concern and has always left me feeling fully informed and confident about my decision to purchase a cottage from Ryan Homes. My experience with Jennifer Robertson from Ryan’s mortgage partner - NVR Mortgage - has been amazing as well. As a single mom and first time home buyer in my late 20s, I am overly grateful to Ryan Homes for the ability to build and own a beautiful home on a limited budget. Update 11/30/2025 A few days before Thanksgiving, my husband, two family members, and I met with our sales representative, Ross Venturi, and project manager Josh Barnello to review our new home’s construction details and timeline. Josh came prepared with a complete set of plans, highlighted discussion points, and thoughtful questions. He methodically walked us through each room’s design options, answered all our questions, and made us feel like respected partners. Afterward, Josh Barnello went above and beyond by personally searching for a flooring sample at a construction site so we could use it for furniture shopping. This thoughtful gesture required extra time and initiative, demonstrating his genuine commitment to making our home-building experience as smooth and personalized as poss
