Pegasus Residential just recently took over management of the Carolina Crossing community and as to be expected, there is a transition period as this new company establishes itself amongst all the residents. I recently had a discrepancy on my monthly lease amount where I went to the management office to discuss my issue with a temporary staff member by the name of Jennifer.. She was so professional, sympathetic and very eager to resolve my issue that I left the management office very hopeful that this issue will be resolved in a timely manner. She is a wonderful PR spokesperson to represent the Pegasus organization and if the company reads these reviews, please hire this women on a full-time basis and don't let her go elsewhere.. NO FENCE! NO POOL! NO AMENITIES! We have waited over 2 years for amenities that were promised to be coming soon since January 2024. Carolina Crossing should be ashamed of themselves for lying. These are homes are NOT LUXURY, they are cheap and poorly built. Terrible insulation, everything falls apart and breaks, plumbing issues, AC and heating has stopped working multiple times. We have had major spider and ant problems. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live! There is a reason their entire staff has been fired and replaced numerous times.

I recently moved to Carolina Crossing, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I first toured, the office staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step of the process and ensuring a smooth transition. Their professionalism and friendliness made moving in a breeze. The natural beauty of the property is breathtaking. Surrounded by a beautiful lake and well-maintained landscapes, it's a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle. One of the best parts is its close proximity to the beach. Living at Carolina Crossing feels like a permanent vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful new community and peaceful place to call home.

The day we moved in the manager wasn’t even here she left word with her assistant to just give us the keys so we moved in with no signed lease we moved in the end of July2024 after asking numerous times I finally signed a lease in October. I WISH I HADn’t The management team has changed 3 times we are now almost Jan 2026 we still don’t have fenced in yards the houses are very poorly built still waiting on amenities plus management absolutely unwilling to help a tenant when they experience a financial situation told can’t help cause of fair housing laws but then they turn around and start offering free rent I only asked for 1 month to just be deferred to end of lease but they refused This is NOT a family oriented housing complex and definitely NOT a company that has a mission statement of h

I’ve had the privilege of both living and working at Carolina Crossing since June, and I can confidently say that this community is a beautiful place to call home. The newly built homes are stunning, with modern designs, spacious layouts, and high-quality finishes. Every morning, I wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the lake and a peaceful neighborhood. It’s clear that this community was thoughtfully planned to provide a scenic and idyllic living experience. While I understand the frustrations some residents have expressed regarding the current lack of amenities, it’s important to remember that Carolina Crossing is still in its early stages of development.
