Gorgeous community! Fantastic floor plans and wonderful staff! You get thr privacy of a house and 2 door car garage attached, no one above you or under you. Great pool and gym! Fantastic staff very knowledgeable and hospitable! I love it here!

The moment we met with Tara she made us feel at home. She was patient and attentive to our needs. Easy to talk to and very quick with responses. We considered another community but she "was the reason" we chose Oak Harbor. Love our townhome and the neighborhood. Excited for our new chapter. Thanks Tara.

Oak Harbor Village is truly a gem! You can’t beat the location—tucked close to great local attractions and just a quick drive to the beach. The homes themselves are surprisingly spacious with beautiful luxury finishes that make the whole community feel elevated and modern. But the best part of my experience was Tara. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and knowledgeable, and made the entire tour process so easy and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. If you’re considering a new place to call home, you have to take a tour of Oak Harbor Village. I left excited about everything this community offers, and I highly recommend checking it out!

Outstanding! From the initial contact through becoming a resident here, Tara and the rest of the staff have been amazing. Extremely professional, super responsive, and they go above and beyond to ensure that we feel like we are a top priority at all times. The community has everything I could have wanted. As a former home owner this feels more like an home than an apartment. This community checks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

Really enjoying my new apartment here at Oak Harbor. The office team were really easy to work with and I love that I have a layout that feels like an actual house in a 1 Bedroom. I have so much space and everything is brand new construction. Parking was so important to me and I have a 2 car garage included and a driveway, something I couldn't find anywhere in the area. Excited to make my new apartment really my home as I continue to get settled in the area.
