LGI Homes - New South Bridge

Good starter home community. The golf course is a great feature. I'd be concerned about the wild growth between the backyards and the edge of the fairways. Pine trees grow fast and are already 4' tall with brush growing all around them. This will eventually block your views. The exterior is basic, the interior is middle grade. If you need to start somewhere in buying a first time home, this is an outstanding neighborhood to start in. As Brunswick county continues to bust wide open, appreciated values will follow. Making this place a great return on your investment.

We recently purchased a house with the complications of moving across the country. Leo is amazing at what he does! He worked with us throughout each issue we came upon and was supportive throughout the entire process. Lead us on for months and we were having a baby in March and had to resign with our current lease or be out by May...told Leo all this first of February. When we could get a response was told everything was good then it would be weeks before hearing from him again. Well come May still couldn't get anywhere with him. We were lucky our house hadn't been rented yet so we were able to just rent again at a higher price because everything in Wilmington has increased. We will buy something next year, but not from LGI, they don't care about their customers! Also, they have horrible customer service!
