I have lived at SunVilla a couple of years . The people who live here are very friendly. The office manager works hard to keep her residents happy. Bill, the maintenance person, is always on the property to meet the needs of the residents. The grounds are kept clean and maintained. This is one of the best places to live for over 55+.

Except for the yearly rent hike, I love being here. The office team does a GREAT JOB keeping an eye on the place, kudos to Marcia and Barbara for their efforts!! And don't forget the property caretaker, Bill, also a very cordial and attentive man... Great place to live!! Still my favorite of all the places I've lived. Nice and quiet, safe, secure and the staff do all they can to answer any questions I've had in my almost 4 years living here.. Bill is an excellent maintenance person.. Marcus is very competent and does her job well, keeping track of people and things here. Couldn't ask for a better place to live.. I'm settled in.. I'm not going anywhere!!

I just love the support here. If I have even the slightest issue they take care of it immediately. Additionally the place is clean and I feel safe here because it's in a gated community. I have some really nice neighbors and we have fun interacting with each other. Overall it's a great place to live

It is so expensive for the size. And there was no way to see the unit or another empty one before moving in. So there are a lot of things I dislike. The window Air conditioner is horrible. The size of the bathroom is just ridiculous. I had to quickly decide where furniture would go when the movers were here. And since I live alone, I can’t move things where I would actually want them to go. And paying $70 a month for homeowners dues is ridiculous because I don’t use the amenities, Except I guess for the security guards. It is quiet here which is nice. Of course, after a year, my rent went up. It costs so much already but landlords are so greedy sometimes. As soon as I can move, I will.
