Sunset Peak

Sunset Peak has been a wonderful place to live Victor the supervisor has made it a very comfortable experience with his attention to detail and making the property look good, he also got all my work orders done right away and I haven’t had any issues since. He is very knowledgeable and does everything in a timely manner.

So far so good Sarah, the leasing agent was amazing. Very nice answered all my questions honest and to 100% of her knowledge, did the walk-through and I seen her be very professional with other tenants or future tenants that wanted to walk-through after us. the walk-through went well two bedrooms are pretty cozy. Some are renovated. Some aren’t other than that. I like it!

I deleted my original review because even though we had such a bad move in experience, management has really tried to mend thier wrongs.The communication has gotten better and all the repairs have been completed. It's not like my dad would fix it lol but i guess it'll do. we're a month in, schools close,dentist is close ,drs close! it has pros! We shall call it home!

Zero lack of respect anybody. Office is never open Esmeralda acts like she’s doing your job but has no clue what she’s doing there zero training .and horrible experience living here cheap fixes and lazy Maintenance work

The new leasing agent was very unpleasant to speak to as she’s only been here for 2 or so months. Treating the tenants as they aren’t good enough or even giving them the time of day. Esmeralda has her friends wrongfully wrote reviews as she needs them to makeup for her behaviors. I wish they resolve this issue soon as there seems to be a lot of ongoing issues since this person has took the office and Avanti seems to not be doing anything about her behaviors. Joanna was amazing and so sad she left but understood her dreams of being with her children. Hopeful to see someone like Joanna take this office soon.
