Sunrise on the Rail Apartments

Lived here for over 3 years and the PM is nice and helpful, but the dog park is disgusting. There’s almost never bags stocked in there, the rake and pan to scoop gets constantly broken by the kids that live across from there. When there is bags, those same kids rip them out and throw them all over the dog park. The trash can in the park hasn’t been emptied since I move in, and they don’t have a way to enforce people picking up after their pets. Not to mention it’s a turf park not a grass park, so it’s going to smell regardless since maintenance doesn’t rinse or clean the turf, but it’s even worse when it’s full to the brim of feces, especially since it’s summer and the sun sits on the park most of the day. You can smell the park throughout the complex

*WARNING* If you are a vendor and do work for this property (managed by Asset Living) BE ADVISED :: THEY DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS!!! It's really frustrating as a small business owner working on a NET 30 to let a $400 invoice go more than 180 days past due 😞 Countless payment reminder emails have been sent. We've considered involving the courts (perhaps placing a lean on this property will get them to pay?) Yes, it's only $400, but we'd spend more in court fees than the actual amount due. Asking Asset Living one more time....Please Pay Your Bills!!!!!

This is a great place to live. Loretta, in the rental office, who works the front desk? She is awesome very understanding and one of the best. Leasing manager I have ever worked with all my need are met and they very functional with any maintenance repairs or complaints that I have but I don’t have any apartment as well maintained in the properties clean

I been living here at Suncrest apartment for over 4 years. 6 months ago they got new manager.Never had an issue with everybody here is very nice . The only problem that we have now is more people are smoking pot around you I can't even open my windows without having that smell come through my apartment window. I have a 14 year old and a 4 year old there are being exposed to this whenever we go to the mailbox or just to walk to the car it is ridiculous.. I used to love living here now I don't just because of that I am surrounded by people that smoke this all the time. Now to top it off none of the washer's and dryers work and the pool is broken where else do I expect from this place they haven't even come to fix any of the stuff that has been broken since we move in I'm waiting for them

Mostly quiet inside apartment complex area. However when you pay your rent they say put it through the dropbox. But they will say you didn’t get your rent they didn’t get your rent they didn’t receive it on and off throughout this time they will say this. You have to keep your receipts and show them and they will say oh it was a mixup. Or end up having to pay again for the same month just to keep your place. Don’t ever put your money in the dropbox they will keep it and make you pay more or you’ll have to leave they were a evict you.They are required to hold your belongings for 10 days after the evection. However they want they throw it away immediately school books everything and you’re my computer is mysteriously gone missing immediately.They pretend to be understanding that you travel
