I’ve only interacted with one employee in the leasing office, and they were very kind and helpful. I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in maintenance response time, which I truly appreciate. It’s clear that there’s been an effort to refresh the complex, and while I respect that, I’m personally not a fan of the new color scheme, especially the yellow doors, which come across as a bit tacky to me (but that’s not big issue). There are some amenities and features that could use attention. For example, the lounge chairs at the pool are currently missing, which affects the experience. I believe someone mentioned a dog park/area would be nice too, especially with all the grassy area at the front of the complex available. I've been living here for a year now. Its peaceful and pleasant. Young ladies in the office are very nice. Maintenance are quick to respond if you need something repaired. Overall it's a great! place to live. Apartments are very nice inside.
