Sunflower Apartments

To start, I want to give much deserved credit to the office staff. They were absolutely amazing throughout my short stay at Sunflower and truly did their best to help when issues came up. Unfortunately, the buildings themselves seem to be cheaply built. The walls are paper thin. I had very loud, disrespectful upstairs neighbors, which made living here stressful and uncomfortable. They were constantly yelling, stomping, and playing loud music. I made multiple complaints, and while the office did address the issue with them, their behavior never really improved. To be fair, not all of this was entirely their fault. The apartments are poorly built, I could hear them using the bathroom, opening drawers, and pretty much everything. A friend of mine lives here and although their landscaping looks nice, the way she has been treated as a long time resident is horrendous. And the cost to live there is ridiculous for the lack of amenities available and/or included.

I have lived here for almost a year and just renewed my lease because I love it here. The office staff and maintenance team are kind, courteous, and always very helpful.

I lived here for over a year and it was a very nice experience. From the first, the ladies in the office were excellent and reasonable to work with. A useful welcome gift was left for me when I moved in. Some fun community activities were planned. Free pie was handed out around the holidays! I felt listened to and respected. My dishwasher leaked one morning before work and all I had to do was call the office and in 10 min. the maintenance man was there to look at it and declared I was eligible for a new one free of charge. The whole ordeal took place inside an hour and was done before I left for work! And perhaps something that I appreciated more than anything was their serious crackdown on the usage of pot and other drugs and other annoyances which contributes to an unpleasant liv

Me and my partner have lived here for a year now and are planning to stay longer because of the kindness and professionalism the sunflower staff shows They are quick to get back to you regarding any problems and are also quick with the solution they are super accommodating in certain situations it’s so refreshing to be renting somewhere that I’m not afraid to reach out to the office with concerns They keep the grounds so beautiful and with being in an apartment complex you’d think you would hear everything but I rarely hear my neighbors only when there vacuuming If your looking for an affordable place to live I 100% recommend sunflower
