I just want to say how incredibly amazing the stuff is. I have never been to an apartment office like this one. Since the 1st day I went into that office the staff have treated me like a friend. I have been in there many times when residents have come in and they treat them with upmost respect and go above and beyond for their residents. I recommend Renew woodlake to everyone I know looking for an apartment. Don't let some the negative reviews turn you away from ReNew woodlake. If you're looking for friendly staff and a beautiful place to live definitely go in for at least a tour and meet the office staff. THEY ARE AMAZING.

I would like to start by saying the front office staff is full with kind, patient & knowledgeable ladies! Miranda helped us find our new home in less than two weeks!! Even when she was not in office during the holiday she maintained good communication & had Dawn up to date for our move in day. We love our new home & are very grateful for all the help from the office.

I am beyond pleased with the level of care, respect, and support the staff in this community has shown me and my family the last 12 years of living here. They are attentive, professional, respond promptly when challenges arise, and the maintenance crew is top notch! I encourage anyone looking for a place to move to come join the community. I'm blessed to call this my home. HUGE shout-out to Karen, Maintenance Manager, Amber, Maintenance Tech, and Elyse, Assistant Property Manager; these ladies are true rockstars! Cheers to all the staff for their amazing work throughout the years!

No place is perfect and renew is no different. Positive things to mention would be Karen in the repair department, she is a real joy to deal with and is very honest and helpful. The pool is "nice" but is no where near the size needed for the amount of residents living here. You'll never know anyone who works in the office which is nice but sucks when you need help. Maintenance is quick but it's not always the same people which makes it weird letting them in. Price isn't great but nothing is priced great these days. Not the worst place to live but also not the best. Don't get me wrong it's nice and quiet but, for the cost there isn't much around the area or public transportation to get to things farther away.

I will be honestly out of all the places I have live this was my LEAST favorite. To start the apart in nice but VERY OUT DATED. The bathroom counter tops were just spray painted over white. My carpet ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING most places who have carpet like mine would either have it cleaned professionally or in my case have it completely replaced the carpet is so filthy and rundown I can barely vacuum because it’s so nasty it’s like my vacuumed gets stuck. The maintenance is good when you put in request but I had to put in so much request because how old and rundown my place is. I’ve had multiple roof leakage. It’s awful. Then the best part of all they are so money hungry they could care less on what you go through in life. Now I get with policy you have to pay with in 3days then they send to
