Bayberry Farms Apartments

My fiance and I loved living here! The location was very convenient to many stores and restaurants around the area. It was nice to be close to the highway as well. Lauren in the office is very attentive and helpful! The maintenance staff is so nice as well. I would highly recommend living here!

10/10 would recommend living at Bayberry. I lived there for just under 2 years and absolutely loved it. I would have resigned if I didn’t have to move for my job. Lauren, Robert and all staff were wonderful to work with. All maintenance requests were completed within 24hrs and extra care was taken not to disturb when working from home, in meetings, etc. Front office was always very responsive when answering questions about leasing and flexible when able. Never had any issues with neighbors, everyone was respectful and tidy. Wonderful area - super close to M-6 making an easy 10-15 minute drive downtown, lots of restaurants and felt very safe living here. Connected to Kent trails for easy (and safe) walking, running, biking, etc.

We love living in this community. The staff is very friendly & they feel more like family than a business. Lauren does a great job as property manager & Robert is an excellent maintenance man. Anytime we’ve need work done, they have ALWAYS have responded immediately. The area is so convenient with shops & restaurants within walking distance. Also, M6 & 131 are very are accessible. The grounds are well kept & beautiful in the summer. In the winter, we have snow removal right up to our door. The community is quiet & gives you a feeling of security. We moved here 6 years ago, planning to buy a condo, but loved renting with all the benefits, even a garage & never left. We have recommended Bayberry Farms apartments to family & friends. It’s a GREAT place to live!! It’s definitely a 5 star com

We are in our 8th year living at Bayberry Farms Apartments. Lauren is exceptional as property manager. Always available, helpful and keeps us informed about anything pertaining to the complex. Robert and the maintenance staff have done an exceptional job in maintaining the property. We have not experienced any major maintenance issue since we have moved in. It is a quite complex with friendly people and in a convenient location. Easily accessible to local businesses, major stores and medical facilities. Enjoyable place to live.

Absolutely loved living here. We lived here for 2 years and everything was amazing. The location is so convenient with M6 right there. The property managers are very helpful and quick to respond. Maintenance was super fast to address any issues. The grounds are kept up in the summer and the snowplowing/shoveling/salting was always done in the winter. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. We would recommend Bayberry to anyone!
