Sun Valley Ranch Apartments

I want to share my experience with this apartment complex regarding ongoing pest issues in my unit. Since moving in, my apartment has required repeated pest control treatments for bedbugs, ants, roaches, spiders, and other insects. Despite reporting these issues and cooperating fully with management, the infestations have persisted and the unit remains uninhabitable at times. Most recently, I discovered a severe bedbug infestation and reported it immediately. Instead of assisting, management has blamed me for the infestation, despite providing no proof that I caused it, and has refused to offer solutions. We love Sun Valley Ranch! We came in and toured the apartment space together and began the application process the same day with Anastasia. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and responsive. Our apartment was clean and welcoming when we got here.

If you are looking for a place, keep looking. They will promise you new appliances, even giving you a signed paper saying it will be done within two weeks, yet here we are. Two months later and all they say is "I don't know what to tell you." I know, you scammed people by promising something you can't deliver to sign a lease. That is a bad business practice. The current management needs to be replaced, especially Amanda.

Summer is here, and after a long day you want to hit the pool.. but wait you look at the pool and its murky green! It’s not like you could go swimming anyways… the locks are super finicky and you have to break in. ☺️

We have lived here for 4 years, we are in the process of moving but not because of Sun Valley we bought a home. But the Staff has changed a lot in the past 4 years. But I feel like now that Yvette is there and her staff now things will continue to improve. They have been kind to us. Anything we have needed it has been taken care of. Sure we have seen changes in neighbors over the past 4 years but that happens. There have been some not so desirable ones but they are gone so its part of living in a Apartment Complex. I hope they keep Yvette and her staff there for the sake of the tenants. They fix stuff when you need it. The maintenance people are very helpful. They have been accommodating and kind and personable when ever I have spoke with them.
