These apartments are atrocious. The parking lot/ driveways are full of pot holes and never repaired. Packages constantly stolen, dog crap all over the mail area, and the dumpsters are used by about half of the tenants so trash accumulates all over the place. Although you may have to go through a credit check in order to qualify for some of the buildings here, other units are section 8 housing. This ensures that where you live will be treated like garbage and never taken care of. The rent is extremely overpriced for what it is. The most mind boggling thing of all, you are paying an HOA to live here….. incredible. This place proves what I’ve long suspected, HOA is legalized skimming. They don’t use the fee to take care of this place at all. NEVER LIVE HERE.

This place has an HOA and the units are all individually owned. The qualifications for certain units are not the same for all. My husband and I had a credit check done, employment history and background check. We needed to make a certain amount per month that was 3x the rent to qualify. Needless to say it was pretty high standards to get in, which is fine with me. The problem is, the majority of the other units do NOT require the same standards, so it can be very shady. There’s graffiti on a regular basis and cops coming through. I’ve seen a lot of shady crap, including a meth pipe in the parking lot. There’s trash everywhere and something wrong with the people who own animals. They let them crap everywhere and they DON’T PICK IT UP. Every time I walk to get the mail I can smell dog poop i

Do not live here. The landlord Jason is a scam for apt 11 through section 8 housing. Jason made sure he ment me out side of the apartment lows Sunway making sure that everything was being done before I got the keys. Jason called me and push to go in my email and sign the lease before I seen my place that housing did inspection and everything is good to go☹️ once I got the keys 🤯 that place was horrible and he never fix anything after almost a year of asking him to he toke avantage me. Now because I sign the lease everything is on me even though the place was like that when I moved in. Don't trust Jason and don't move her it's nasty dirty cop ever day

Sun Garden Apartments is a really nice place to raise children. It has a bus pickup spot for kids out front.

My fiancé and I did a tour years ago and it looked really nice. If you guys ever have any openings please let us know.
