Summit Northside Apartments

DON'T MOVE TO THIS PLACE. I live here and for almost a year I have been in a battle with cockroaches and squiripas. There is no pest control, we have already reported and they fumigated but it was only in the kitchen and the whole apartment is mined. Then we fumigated on our own a couple more times and still the cockroaches and squeaks did not go away. We have investigated and many tenants have left here because of the same issue of invasion by cockroaches and chiripas. It's a nightmare, I have a 2-month-old baby and at night I've taken chiripas off her while she sleeps. Every night I use poison for chiripas and in the mornings they are all dead. Here are the tests They change a lot of staff in the office and always say that they have nothing to do with the reports of the previous staff. T

Overall, an amazing property. Everybody has their roles in everybody does their job accordingly with enough time to spare to help out others in need. She name it main character would be Andrew Montoya, I see this young man going above and beyond every single day and stressing about work That needs to get done in a timely manner. Which shows that he has a schedule and also a quote that he is trying to meet. Beyond blessed I could have a community that cares so much thank you you all.

These Apartments have improved so much in the last 2 months the grounds are much cleaner the parking is getting better the building look better all around looking better!

Since I have moved in a lot of upgrades have happened. Recently newly painted apartments. Outside is clean and looking beautiful. For these being my first apartments I am very happy with them. Elizabeth the manager is great at always helping tenants when needed. Don the maintenance man is doing a excellent job.

Well I have lived here for about 2 and a half years, within this last 6 or so months I have dealt with nothing but issues. My home is completely infested with cockroaches and they idea of help is having someone spray every Friday but only in the kitchen, bathroom and living room so our bedrooms are inhabitable. My sink, and bathtub do not flush, Donnie has been told and said “I can do it” to my mother. My cars have been stolen and vandalized so I bought a security camera that I now pay for. We have had 3 different owners and nothing has changed. Turn and run
