Summertree Apartments

Ms. Myra Hopkins is the best manager I've ever met! Her maintenance staff is awsome! Very helpful and caring personnel! Clean and quiet apartment complex with Ukrainian and Russian speaking residents. Beautiful landscaping - freshly planted flowers and bushes, gorgeous pine trees and blooming Crepe Myrtle trees around the green oasis with benches. Playground for kids. A grocery store is close by: 1 min driving or 8 min walk.

This is the worst place I have ever lived as far as apartments go. I have never been treated so badly before. The people are slum lords and don't care about their tenants. We've had issues for months in the apartments and it never was fixed. We've also been infested with bed bugs because the apartment downstairs was also infested with bugs and it was never taken care of. These apartments need some major updating. The only good thing about the complex is the rent. That's it.

Loved living here! This was my 1st apt. in SC. Staff was very helpful and maintenance issues were promptly taken care of. (it is based off income / credit history or something like that) so not all need apply. Also I liked the fact they did a background check on all residents. So you knew the people you lived with were save! love it here

For older apartments they are well kept and quiet community.....but for the price of only a 2BR, because of my income increasing it went from 620$-777$ a month.... grateful for the opportunity to stay there...but with no amenities nor bigger space, the price didn't match up with the apartment ....but for starters it's Def a decent place to stay and save money(if you're making the money to do so).....but if your making too much money they can deny you or approve you at the highest rental amount is right at about $1000/month!!!!

I have called this place numerous time and was never able to get anyone. After trying to call for 4 weeks I finally got someone and they were very rude. I needed a 3 bedroom and wanted to ask about the area, but the person answering the phone spoke low and hung up after she told me whether or not they had any 3 bedrooms. I was very disappointed and I hope in the future customer service skills are much better.
