I have had a great experience so far as I recently moved. Nico has been kind to answer all of my questions and be available as needed.

I have lived at this apartment complex since it first opened, and unfortunately the lack of accountability regarding resident noise has made living here extremely stressful. I have ongoing, excessive noise issues with my upstairs neighbors to the point where I have been woken out of my sleep multiple times. This is not normal apartment noise. The disturbances are so intense that it sounds like a domestic dispute, with loud yelling, banging, and impacts so forceful that my chandelier and other items visibly shake and move. Out of genuine concern for safety, I have contacted authorities multiple times, believing the situation could escalate. When I spoke directly with an on-duty police officer, I was told he would not be coming out for this issue, despite the severity of the noise and repe

The move in was phenomenal!!! Brittney was sooo helpful with the move in and showing me where my apartments were! They look exactly like the pics online!!! It’s soo roomy and clean!!!!! I definitely recommend!!!

Apartments are new only been around for a few years. Great staff, nice friendly people who actually live there and a quiet community. Location is great you’re only about 15 mins from Greenville and Spartanburg and only 4 minutes from highway 85. My experience overall has been great!!

Best customer service ever! I went to view the apartment, and had some doubts about it fitting my overall needs, but the customer service was so awesome (from the visit through the emails and text messages, weeks after leaving) that I was like "THIS is where I want to be!" Once I learned that the team had been with Palisades for over 2 years, with no turnover, I was even more impressed, because there is a lot of turnover in apartment leasing agents for some reason. Anyways, special shoutout to Nicho and Allyson!! Y'all were really fun to deal with! ❤️
